Personal Biography
My name is Willow, I am majoring in Studio Arts at the University of Pacific. From what I've known about all my life, I've been doing the one thing I love the most, drawing. I would always get drawing books and colored pencils instead of getting or picking out toys like other kids. I was different and unique in my own way in my life that I’ve lived so far throughout my life here in California, Stockton, been here for my whole life from what I can remember. Born and raised in Stockton, went to schools that were around this place.
Some of the fewest events that I’ve done in my whole life so far was getting to perfect GPA in my high school years, trying to stay the top of my classes as having to be caught up with everything that my teachers assigned me to do. I would get some awards for because a high honor student with amazing grades, or standing out for what being a student is about.
But some of the important events in my life were my passion for art and how much I would do when I finish an art project for myself. I would explore the places such as Mexico, Miami, Seattle, so much other places that I would want to travel to but later in the future, it would sure to happen soon.
I have family and friends who support my dreams and goals, I may have doubts about my major in Studio Arts. But no matter how much I may get doubted, the negative support from some people, but I turn those negative comments into building my strength. I will prove them wrong, I will show them how much I am able to do, even if I do fall, no matter how weak I may get at times, I will always find a way to get back up and keep moving to my future.
In the end, what makes me become me, is staying true to myself, love who you are, what you love to do in your life. Don’t hide, don’t change, don’t fear, don’t run away, instead stand your ground, express yourself, love yourself, be yourself, be proud of who you are since by who you are, you may be able to change the world or help someone else in your life.
